- A spare 914 steering shaft and u-joints may be used as doner parts to fabricate the intermediate shift rod. |

- Along with items 1 through 4 of the Level 1 kit, also included are items 5 through 8 - factory ball-cup bushing, new modified shift console cap, and rubber linkage boots | |

LEVEL 3: | |

- The best kit for most people. Welding and fabrication of front and intermediate shift rods using factory leftovers is required. |

- Includes items 1 through 10. | |
 |
 |
- Includes all items from Level 2 kit plus new needle bearing u-joints and splined adapters (items 9 and 10). |

LEVEL 4: | |

 |
- The complete kit. |
 |
 |
- You must first send us the front and rear shift rods from a side-shift 914. |
 |
 |
- We will cut and weld the shift rods and return a complete setup ready to install. |
 |
 |
- Includes items 1 through 10 and the return of your modified shift rod parts. | |
 |
 |
GENERAL: | |

- NO kits include factory parts A, B, and C which are needed to complete the linkage. |
 |
 |
- Kits 1 through 3 all require WELDING of parts B and C from the original linkage. |
 |
 |
- Drilling is required to mount both firewall and transmission bearing holders. The engine and transmission do NOT have to be removed for installation. | |
