Shipments and returns

Processing and preparing your items to ship may take up to 7 business days following your order.  If you must have your product quickly, please ask if it is available to fit your timeframe before you order.

You will receive an  e-mail with tracking information when your order is shipped.

Please note that we are a a specialty part manufacturer.  We are not lookiing to compete on the level of Amazon for order fulfilment speed.  Our primary concern is delivering a quality product.  If you have a time concern, please plan ahead, as it may be physically impossible for us to accomadate special rush requests.   

USPS Priority takes about 2 days for delivery in the US. International orders can be delayed in customs making it difficult to estimate transit times.

We do not pay for customs fees and handling charges you may incur in your country.  We fill out customs forms and pay all shipping fees presented to us, but we do not have access to customs duties and charges that you may have to pay upon reciept of your package.  If you are outside the US, there is a good chance your package will spend time sitting in customs.  I have no ability to know what is going on once the postal service has deliverd the package to customs in your country.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment. Returns must be in as-new resellable condition and returned with originally provided packaging and documentation. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returns.
